When I scan a picture and save it to My Pictures folder it is in Tiff format. How do I change it to Jpeg format so that I can send it by email?
Open the image in any good bitmap editor program and then save it in Jpeg format. However, to avoid this extra step, see if the program you are using to acquire the image can save images in Jpeg format in the first place. If it doesn't, acquire the image using a bitmap editor that can - we use Paint Shop Pro for this.
